Thomas Keller is renowned for his culinary skills and high standards. He is the only chef born in the United States to hold multiple three-star ratings from the Michelin Guide for famous restaurants including The French Laundry and Per Se, and he was the first American male chef to be designated a Chevalier of The French Legion, the highest decoration in France.
Known for working in and starting some of the most famous restaurants in the country, Keller opened his first Bouchon Bakery in 2003, with his Beverly Hills and New York City locations opening in 2009 and 2011 respectively. Other locations have since followed.
As part of their efforts to match the elegance and craftsmanship of Bouchon’s culinary offerings with the interior design and ambience of the actual establishment, Next Step Design was tasked with locating the right refrigerated display cases to maximize exposure for some of the most divine pastry and desserts in the world. What did they select? Trilogy.
